Description: The Old Capitol Chorus is a barbershop (a cappella) chorus composed of men of all ages and interests. We perform multiple public concerts, large and small, every year and compete once a year.

Affiliation: We are a chapter of the Barbershop Harmony Society (SPEBSQSA) and part of the Central States Districts (CSD). We are located in Iowa City, Iowa.

The Robert A. Lee Recreational Center is located at the corner of Burlington and Gilbert in Iowa City (across from Happy Joes). This is the chorus' primary meeting location and can usually be found there most Thursdays at 7:30 pm. Come join us for an evening of song and fun. Click HERE for map.

When: EVERY THURSDAY from 7:30-9:30 p.m.
We invite all men of the community to come and join us in song. If you are interested call the director, Chad Knipfer (319-321-6788 - cell). Guests are welcome any Thursday night.
